42-year-old Tina Kemp and her grandchildren, 3-year-old Eric Holmes and 2-year-old Jessica Holmes were trapped in the house and died.
62-year-old Terry Green, a friend of Kemp’s, and one-year-old Charles Holmes were able to escape. They were treated at Olean General Hospital.
Authorities are still trying to determine what caused the fire.
