Sheriff’s deputies say Timothy Retchless had sex with the 16-year-old in a vehicle parked in the St. Bonaventure Cemetery. Following an investigation into the incident, Retchless was arrested late Friday afternoon.
He was arraigned and then released on his recognizance by recommendation of the district attorney’s office.
