Sheriff’s deputies say at 12:45 a.m. they stopped a vehicle and the passenger, 29-year-old Parris Mobley, refused to give them his name or birth date. When they asked him to get out of the vehicle he took off his shirt and pants, leaving only his underwear on, and was verbally combative with deputies.
Deputies later learned Mobley had two bench warrants out of Jamestown. After being processed in Olean, he was turned over to Jamestown Police.
