Sheriff’s deputies say 27-eyar-old Kirk Sterling hit a utility police with the trailer he was towing behind his truck. He tried to leave the scene by was stopped by local residents.
Deputies learned he was driving while intoxicated and had a 4-year-old in the truck with him.
Sterling will answer the charges at a later date.
