An inmate who damage smoke detectors in the Chautauqua County Jail a week ago is now accused of defacing a wall in the jail.

Nathaniel Hollins Jr. allegedly used his handcuffs to scratch a 24-inch by 8-inch piece of profanity on a wall at around 10:30 this morning.

Last Wednesday, he allegedly sprayed cleaning solution into two smoke detector heads.

Hollins was originally sent to jail for criminal possession of a weapon.
