Sheriff’s deputies say at about 10:45 Sunday night they were called to Route 242 in the Town of Napoli for a report of a tractor in a ditch. They learned that 20-year-old William Fisher went off the road and rolled a full size John Deere farm tractor over into the ditch, and that he had a blood alcohol content higher than .18 percent.
Fisher is scheduled to appear in Town of Napoli Court.
