A Bradford man is in jail for allegedly beating up his mother.

According to papers filed in District Judge Rich Luther’s office 32-year-old Robert White called the McKean County 911 Center at around 11:30 Sunday night to say he had just beaten his mother.

When Bradford Township police arrived he said, “I could have killed her but I didn’t.” He also told police he could have taken them on a high-speed chase through the woods, too.

He said the assault was his mother’s fault because, “she caused me to have a small penis. She kicked me in the balls when I was a baby.”

White also said, “I could have killed her and buried her in the backyard.”

White’s mother said the dispute started when he got angry while looking at family pictures, and then threw her against a wall, punched her in the face numerous times, stomped on her left ear, kicked her in the ribs and back, banged her head off the kitchen floor and cabinets and choked her. He also threatened to get a knife and chop her up. At one point, while she was begging him to stop, she asked for some water and he sprayed Dr. Pepper all over her.

White is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person. He is jailed on $50,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Central Court on Thursday
