Leonard Vanorder of Tioga is charged with two felony counts of sexual abuse of children and a misdemeanor count of corruption of minors.
Police say Vanorder solicited and received lewd pictures by way of text message from the girl, and also engaged in a sexual relationship with her.
Vanorder is in Potter County Jail on $15,000 bail.
