53-year-old Michael Fisher of Conewango Township is charged with a felony count of aggravated assault and misdemeanor counts of attempted involuntary manslaughter and reckless endangerment. His bail is set at $75,000.
The victim, Toby Janean Weiss, is being treated at UPMC Hamot.
Sheriff’s deputies say the incident happened in an apartment on Jackson Run Road, and they are still investigating.
