Sheriff’s deputies say a 16-year-old driver made a left turn in front of a motorcycle operated by 53-year-old Charles Phillips of Derby.
Phillips was taken to Lakeshore Health Care Center, where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the car, Paul Williams of Dunkirk, and his passenger, 27-year-old Jessica Mann of Buffalo, were not hurt.
