The woman accused of robbing an Allegany bank on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend has pleaded not guilty in Cattaraugus County Court.26-year-old Katherine Hayes was indicted by a grand jury for robbery and grand larceny.
At around 11:15 a.m. on May 25 Hayes allegedly handed a teller at Community Bank a note and got away with more than $3,000. Police caught up with Hayes overnight.
She’s jailed on $100,000 bail. The matter has been adjourned for motions.
