20-year-old Tyler Bailey was on Route 83 in the Town of Arkwright when his car left the road and rolled over. Sheriff’s deputies say Bailey was able to free himself from the vehicle. A resident near the accident called 9-1-1.
Bailey was taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Besides DWI, he was cited for several traffic violations.
